ROS keychain and bracelet bundleI ordered this for my son but the website didn't work well and when I placed the order it appeared to be a bundle with no color choice. We got pink. My son wanted green. I emailed and the owner promptly called me. I explained the issue and that I wanted to return it for green. He said that returning the time was not worth it because of cost of shipping and told me to order a new one for the same cost. I asked for a discount on shipping and he refused. He became insulted and told me to keep the item and he was going to refund me. Obv that was not my intention. I have not received my refund. I suggest being very careful with Ride Out. They have no idea how to handle customer service issues and clearly don't want to deal with refunds. If the owner corrects this I would be happy to adjust my review.
